A-League club Central Coast Mariners has officially announced that defender Farrell has joined EFL Championship side Portsmouth.
The 21-year-old Farrell is a product of the Mariners’ youth academy and made his first-team debut in 2021. He has made 90 appearances for the club, scoring 7 goals and providing 13 assists. He was also a key player in the club’s A-League title and AFC Cup victory last season.
At international level, Farrell represented Australia at the recent U23 Asian Cup, starting twice.
