On August 2, the A-League officially released the schedule for the 24/25 season. The league will expand to 13 teams this season. The opening match will take place on October 18, with a total of 29 rounds, and the final round will conclude on May 4 next year.
The opening match will see Central Coast Mariners host Melbourne Victory. The A-League Commissioner stated, “This year marks the 20th anniversary of the A-League and it’s going to be an exciting one. Building on last season, we can expect more thrilling football.”
