Hoffenheim have announced that Czech international Jurasek, who is on loan from Benfica, has suffered a left arm fracture.
The left-back was forced off injured during their friendly match against Norwich. He has since been diagnosed with a left arm fracture and underwent successful surgery on Wednesday. It is currently unknown how long he will be sidelined for.
The 23-year-old joined Hoffenheim on loan in January, with his loan deal expiring next June. Hoffenheim have the option to sign him permanently for a fee of less than €14 million.
