Bayern manager Vincent Kompany recently spoke about the team’s defensive issues in an interview.
Kompany said: “There are always a lot of things to consider when it comes to the team’s defensive lineup. If you look at Bayern, when we won the Bundesliga 11 times in a row, you can see that they had not only a strong backline but also a strong press in the front. We have to defend as a whole team, all 11 (have to be involved).”
