August 6th, West Ham United officially announced the signing of former Borussia Dortmund striker Niclas Füllkrug. The German international subsequently took to social media to bid farewell to Dortmund.
Füllkrug wrote, “Dear Dortmund fans, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support over the past year. I will forever cherish everything we experienced together. Thanks to the team, coaching staff, all staff, and especially you, the fans! I wish the Black and Yellows all the best. Take care, I will continue to support Dortmund. Come on!”
