Renowned transfer journalist Romano wrote today that Saudi Arabia was interested in signing Tapsoba this summer, but was rejected by Bayer Leverkusen.
Romano wrote: Leverkusen center-back Tapsoba has been included in the candidate list of Saudi League clubs this summer. He was one of the main targets for negotiation, but Leverkusen made it clear that he is not for sale and the club is absolutely determined to keep him.
Tapsoba currently has four years left on his contract with Leverkusen and his market value is €45 million.
