According to Sky Germany’s renowned journalist Florian Plettenberg, 22-year-old Leverkusen striker Adam Hložek is currently close to joining Hoffenheim, with both clubs having reached an agreement.
The report states that Hložek’s transfer fee is expected to be €17-18 million fixed fee plus performance-related bonuses. As per the schedule, Hložek will undergo a medical examination today, followed by a signing on Saturday. He is expected to sign with Hoffenheim until 2028.
Last season, 22-year-old Hložek played 36 games for Leverkusen in all competitions, starting 11 times, scoring 7 goals and providing 5 assists. He was also a part of the Czech Republic national team at this year’s European Championship.
