On July 2, Frankfurt officially announced that they have signed 18-year-old Uzan from Bundesliga 2 club Nuremberg on a contract until June 30, 2029.

Last season, Uzan was one of Nuremberg’s key players, scoring 19 goals and providing 4 assists in 32 appearances, including 16 goals and 2 assists in the league, causing a stir. The 18-year-old was one of the top scorers in the second division.
Uzan holds German and Turkish nationality. He has so far played 14 games for Turkey U17 and U18 teams, scoring 7 goals. In September last year, he was called up to the Turkish U21 national team for the first time at the age of 17, and made his national team debut in late March under coach Vincenzo Montella.
