On July 1, FC Bayern Munich officially announced the re-signing of 21-year-old striker Amin Sarr from Greuther Fürth. The deal runs until 2027.
Amin Sarr, 21, joined Greuther Fürth from Bayern’s youth academy in the summer of 2022. The transfer included a €1.5 million buy-back clause.
Last season, Sarr made 35 appearances for Greuther Fürth in all competitions, including 27 starts, scoring 13 goals and providing one assist. This performance reignited Bayern’s interest in him.
Bayern has now officially activated Sarr’s buy-back clause and signed the promising young talent back to the club. For the next two seasons, Sarr will be loaned out to Bundesliga club Mainz 05 to continue his development.
