Dancox: 39 years old, born in Birmingham, served as an assistant coach at Anderlecht in the 2021/22 season, his first collaboration with Kompany. His previous role was as assistant coach at Middlesbrough in the English Championship.
Maric: 31 years old, responsible for youth development. He has held coaching positions at youth teams at Leeds United, Borussia Dortmund, and Borussia Mönchengladbach. Ngallula: 37 years old, previously served as assistant coach for Anderlecht’s U21 and first team. He previously joined Kompany at Burnley.
Gilles and Munyenge: Both previously worked with Kompany at Anderlecht and Burnley, respectively. They are responsible for physical training and assistant roles.
