FA Official: Zhejiang youth player Su Zeming’s household registration is fake, suspended for months

On August 16th, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) issued a notice announcing that Su Zeming, a player from the Zhejiang 2007 youth training team, was found to have falsified his household registration. The CFA has imposed a 2-month suspension on him.

The CFA official statement read: “The Competition Department of the CFA recently received information and explanations submitted by relevant individuals regarding player registration. After investigation, the CFA Disciplinary Committee has determined that player Su Zeming has engaged in falsification of household registration.”

In response, the CFA Disciplinary Committee, based on Article 71 of the “China Football Association Disciplinary Regulations,” has suspended player Su Zeming from participating in any matches organized by the CFA for a period of 2 months, starting from August 14, 2024, and ending on October 13, 2024.

It is understood that Su Zeming is a member of the Zhejiang Football Club’s 2007 youth training team and has previously been selected for the national team’s training camp for players born in 2007.
