Chinese Super League Round Ranking: Shanghai Duo Continues to March On, Guoan Rises to Fourth, Overtaking Taishan

From the rankings, the upper half of the table is relatively stable, with the Shanghai duo, Rongcheng, and Guoan all winning, while Taishan and Tianjin Tiger’s draws seem somewhat unexpected. As a result, Beijing Guoan moved up to fourth place, overtaking Shandong Taishan. Zhejiang and Sanzhen both lost, but the two teams remained in the top eight.

In contrast, the lower half of the table is more chaotic, with Henan and Shenzhen winning and climbing in the rankings. While the Sea Horses, the Lions, Meizhou, and West Coast all lost this round, their performance has slightly declined. Changchun Yatai and Nantong Zhiyun both drew this round and their positions remain unchanged.

It is worth noting that Qingdao Sea Horses, who were originally ninth, fell to 11th due to a disastrous defeat. Nantong Zhiyun and Qingdao West Coast remain in the bottom two, in the relegation zone.
