According to Japanese media personality Marco Molla, Italian star Mario Balotelli has held talks with several J-League clubs, but negotiations have not progressed due to his annual salary demand of 500 million yen (approximately €2.9 million).
According to previous reports, besides the J-League, Balotelli’s potential next destination is Brazilian powerhouse Corinthians. Both sides have reportedly had in-depth discussions regarding a potential transfer.
The 33-year-old Balotelli played for Turkish side Adana Demirspor last season, making 16 appearances and scoring 7 goals. His contract with the club expired at the end of the season, making him a free agent.
