J2 League club Shimizu S-Pulse has officially announced that midfielder Ryota Shiraki has joined Machida Zelvia on loan until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old Shiraki came through the youth ranks at Shimizu S-Pulse and has also played for Kashima Antlers and Sagan Tosu. He returned to Shimizu S-Pulse in 2022 and has since made 17 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals.
The signing of Shiraki will further strengthen Machida Zelvia’s midfield and the club will be looking to challenge for the J2 League title.
