On August 5, Sagan Tosu officially announced that midfielder Kengo Tesuka has left the club to rejoin Kashiwa Reysol.
Tesuka, 28, previously played for Kashiwa Reysol and Yokohama FC. He joined Sagan Tosu in July 2022 and has made 22 appearances this season, scoring one goal and providing four assists.
During his five-year spell with Kashiwa Reysol, Tesuka made 64 appearances, scoring five goals and providing two assists.
Sagan Tosu currently sits second from bottom in the league with 23 points from 7 wins, 2 draws, and 15 losses.
