July 9, according to the latest news from South Korea’s East Asia Daily, a current player in the Korean K League is under investigation for allegedly intentionally spreading a disease to a woman.
The Siheung Police Station in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, announced on the 9th that it had sent out Mr. A, a K League player in his 30s, on charges of intentional injury without detention. According to the police, Mr. A was accused of having sex with Ms. B while knowing that he had a disease.
In this regard, Mr. B filed a complaint with the police against Mr. A in December last year. The police conducted an investigation for about five months, concluding that Mr. A was intentionally negligent and transferring the case to the prosecution in May this year.
