K League club Daegu FC officially announced the signing of Chonburi midfielder Lee Chan-dong.
The 31-year-old Lee Chan-dong came through the Gwangju FC youth system and has previously played for Jeju United and Gimcheon Sangmu. Last season, Lee Chan-dong joined Thai League 1 club Chonburi, making 21 appearances for the team across all competitions. Due to the team’s relegation to Thai League 2 at the end of the season, Lee Chan-dong chose to leave the team and return to the Korean football scene.
Daegu FC currently sit 10th in the K League with 24 points. Their next league match will see them travel to face Ulsan Hyundai.
