On June 27, during the pre-match press conference for the 19th round of the K League, South Korean national team player Seol Young-woo officially announced that his match against Daegu FC would be his farewell game for Ulsan Hyundai. Previously, it was rumored that he was set to join Serbian champion Red Star Belgrade for a transfer fee of €1.5 million plus add-ons, marking the beginning of his European journey. At 25 years old, Seol Young-woo, a left-back, has been with Ulsan Hyundai since joining their youth academy in 2017. He was promoted to the first team in 2020. He is also a key left-back for the South Korean national team.
