Barcelona has officially announced the appointment of 37-year-old Albert Sanchez as head coach of Barcelona B for the upcoming season.
Sanchez previously served as assistant coach under former Barcelona B head coach Rafa Marquez, helping the team qualify for the promotion playoffs. He was an assistant coach at Beijing Sport University during the 18/19 season and served as assistant coach for Al-Qadsia in Kuwait during the 19/20 season. He also previously coached the U20 team of Kazakhstan’s FC Kairat.
