On the evening of July 24th, Real Madrid officially held a farewell ceremony for captain Nacho, with guests including Vasques, Lunin, Brahim, Ancelotti, Raul and Solari.
Florentino said: “Dear Madridistas, today is a day of mixed emotions for us. One of our greatest players has decided to end his career at Real Madrid. Dear Nacho, we are so proud of you. You arrived here as a child and worked your way through the Real Madrid youth academy to become a first-team player in 2012, fulfilling your dream.”
