AS reports that the club president has already begun seeking sponsors to secure additional income and facilitate the signing of J-Rod. Three years ago, Rayo Vallecano employed a similar method, attracting sponsorships that ultimately enabled them to sign Radamel Falcao.
J-Rod has returned to his home in Madrid, awaiting the progression of his transfer. He mutually terminated his contract with Brazilian club São Paulo this summer, and currently remains a free agent.
