According to Spanish media outlet Relevo, sources close to Alaba have revealed that the Real Madrid defender is expected to return to training on the pitch within two weeks.
Alaba unfortunately suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in December last year. Initially, it was expected that he would be sidelined until 2025. Before the start of the season, there were reports suggesting that Alaba could potentially return in October or November this year.
Alaba joined Real Madrid on a free transfer in the summer of 2021 and has made 102 appearances for the club, scoring 5 goals and providing 9 assists.
