LaLiga club Valencia have officially announced that the team has renewed its contract with coach Baraja until June 30, 2026.
The 48-year-old Baraja played for Valencia for a long time during his playing career, and after retiring, he coached Elche, Zaragoza and other teams.
In February 2023, Baraja took charge of Valencia and led the team to successful survival. Last season, he led the team to ninth place in LaLiga, the team’s best result in recent years.
