According to French newspaper Le Parisien, 29-year-old Slovakian center-back Milan Škriniar is not in Paris Saint-Germain’s plans for the new season and has been asked to leave the club.
Previously, PSG officially announced their squad list for the second round of Ligue 1 against Montpellier, and Škriniar was not included.
Joining him on the list of those who are close to leaving the club are players like Ugarte, Soler, and Pereira, which means that Škriniar, like the aforementioned players, is not in the team’s plans for the new season, despite having joined the club on a free transfer last season and signing until 2028.
This transfer window has seen PSG bring in two new center-backs, Paco and Belarabi, who were the starting center-back pairing in the first round of Ligue 1, while Škriniar was left on the bench.
It is said that both Juventus and Bayern Munich are monitoring Škriniar’s situation, and with the transfer window closing in a week, he may need to find a way to leave the club before the window shuts.
