July 6th | According to a recent report by French outlet GFFN, Monaco’s Sporting Director has confirmed that the club is in talks with Georgian forward Mikautadze regarding a potential transfer.
In an interview, Scudo stated, “We are in conversation with Mikautadze and hope to reach a good and fair agreement as soon as possible. We are hoping to find a way to meet Metz’s expectations and I am directly talking with the Metz chairman.”
The 23-year-old Mikautadze shone in the group stages of this year’s European Championships, scoring three goals in three group matches and topping the goalscoring chart. The player currently holds a market value of €15 million.
