Udinese football club manager Michel Dinzéy has resigned from his position just days after taking up the role, taking up a managerial position instead. René Lewejohann, who was previously assistant coach, will replace him.
Adelheid Guna, who previously served as sporting director, now hopes to fully dedicate himself to his role as a board member. He told the “Westdeutsche Zeitung”, “Our plan was and still is promotion, but Michel Dinzéy does not have the necessary coaching license.”
