J. League club Machida Zelvia officially announced that the team has signed a three-year youth development cooperation agreement with Ligue 1 powerhouse Lyon.
The agreement includes the exchange of youth players between the two teams, with Machida Zelvia’s youth players having the opportunity to train in Lyon. The club’s youth coaches will also have the opportunity to receive training and further education in Lyon.
Machida Zelvia officials stated that the club hopes to further strengthen its youth development through this opportunity, fulfilling the vision of “bringing Machida to the world.”
