Brazilian media outlet Globo reports that Douglas Costa has terminated his contract with Fluminense after failing to score or provide an assist in 22 appearances.
Costa’s contract with Fluminense was originally set to expire in June 2025. He became a free agent in October 2023 after terminating his contract with LA Galaxy. On January 28th, Douglas Costa joined Fluminense.
