Dear 12th people:

The 2024 China League One season has entered a short break. Dragon Dragon is very grateful for the enthusiastic atmosphere you have created at home. Whether we win or lose, your encouragement and cheers are the inexhaustible motivation for us to remain humble in victory and unyielding in defeat. However, amidst the exciting atmosphere of cheering at Tongliang Dragon Stadium this season, there have still been some uncivilized and illegal behaviors. These behaviors have not only affected the smooth progress of the game, but have also damaged the image of our red home field. Therefore, we would like to issue a call for civilized viewing to all fans, hoping that everyone can cheer passionately and watch the game rationally.

Here are a few recent typical cases that we hope will draw your attention:

1. On June 2, 2024, during the 12th round of the China League One, fan Li M.M. exhibited uncivilized behavior after drinking alcohol while watching the game, and was stopped and escorted out of the stadium by on-site security personnel.

2. On June 22, 2024, before the fourth round of the FA Cup, fans Hua M.M., Guo M.M., Zhang M.M., and Qi M.M. secretly hid cold fireworks and planned to set them off during the game, but were discovered by security checks. On the same day, during the game, fan Xiong M. threw a mineral water bottle into the field out of excitement and was stopped and escorted out of the stadium by security personnel. Yu M.M. pretended to be a stadium staff member to bring fans into the stadium, but was discovered by staff members and was administratively detained for five days.

3. On July 21, 2024, during the 18th round of the China League One, fan Li M.M. was administratively detained for five days for throwing a bottle into the field, which damaged the ceiling in the relevant area inside the field. On the same day, fan Wang M.M. watched the game shirtless at the entrance of the stand passage, affecting other fans’ viewing experience and passage, and pushed the police who were persuading him to maintain order, and was administratively detained for eight days.

In response to the above uncivilized and illegal behaviors, Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Football Club will put some people on a “blacklist” and restrict them from watching the remaining home games of the Chongqing Tongliang Dragon team this season.
