The 23-year-old Wiffen had previously won gold in the men’s 800m freestyle, earning 1 gold and 1 bronze for Ireland at this Olympics. However, according to foreign media, Daniel Wiffen had previously appeared as an extra in the US TV series “Game of Thrones”, and can be seen in the iconic Red Wedding scene from the series.
Wiffen said that he didn’t know the show when he was younger, and his sister had also played a beautiful role in the show. Nevertheless, Wiffen enjoyed the acting experience.
