On August 6th, according to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona will sign Dani Olmo for a total fee of €62 million.
Romano wrote on social media: “Dani Olmo to Barcelona, Here we go! Barça sporting director Deco met with Olmo’s agent, and an agreement has been reached in principle. Personal terms are agreed until June 2030, but there are still some things for the clubs to sort out to get the deal done.”
The 26-year-old Olmo played 25 games for RB Leipzig last season (20 starts), scoring 8 goals and providing 5 assists. He is currently valued at €60 million by Transfermarkt.
