Dutch media outlet AD reports that although Ajax won their Eredivisie opener against Heerenveen, manager Maurice Steijn was not happy — the team’s starting lineup was leaked to the media before the match.

ESPN allegedly obtained the starting lineup information from an Ajax insider beforehand, which Steijn was very unhappy about: “This is not the first time our tactical secrets have been leaked to the media. It happened again, and clearly we need to have a good discussion about this within the team.”
“We didn’t play a perfect game, but I am satisfied with the effort my players showed. It’s a good start.”
