According to the official website of the Chinese Football Association, President Song Kai recently visited the Serbian Football Association Sports Center in Stara Pazova, Serbia. During the visit, Song Kai met with Serbian FA Vice President Janos Šefer, Head of the National Teams Department Nenad Bjeković, National Team Director Stevan Stojanović, Chief of Staff Marko Sarančić, and former head coach of the Chinese national men’s football team Aleksandar Janković.
During the friendly talks with the Serbian FA, Song Kai focused on learning about the Serbian FA’s youth training development, and expressed his hope that the two FAs would deepen cooperation in youth player development in the future, increasing mutual visits by youth teams at various levels. In addition, Song Kai stated that China currently has a large demand for football coaches and hoped that the Serbian FA would recommend more outstanding football coaches to coach in different parts of China, continuing to enhance learning exchanges between coaches from both sides.
During the visit to Serbia, Song Kai and his delegation also conducted a research trip to the famous Red Star Belgrade football club.
