On July 4th, Portuguese club Arouca officially announced the signing of Bayern Munich’s 19-year-old midfielder Taichi Fukui on loan for one season, with an option to buy.
The 19-year-old Fukui joined Bayern in January 2023 and was assigned to Bayern’s second team. He can play in various positions in midfield, from attacking midfielder to defensive midfielder.
Last season, Fukui played for Portuguese club Portimonense on loan for the entire season, making 29 appearances, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
