According to a recent report by Sportico’s Lucas Bachek, Chinese solar firm JinkoSolar has signed a formal sponsorship deal with Manchester City. The deal is a three-year agreement worth over £10 million.
This will be Manchester City’s 30th global partner and their fourth Chinese partner, after previously partnering with home appliance company Midea.
JinkoSolar, a leading solar and energy storage system supplier, will be designated as the club’s official solar partner, accelerating its global market share. The company serves over 190 countries and regions worldwide with more than 3,000 clients. JinkoSolar has 14 production bases, 26 overseas subsidiaries, and a global sales team.
