Richard Rios, 24 years old, is a midfielder who plays for Palmeiras. He came through the youth ranks at Flamengo and was loaned to Mazatlán. In this Copa América, he led Colombia to the final, playing 6 games and scoring a goal, but unfortunately finished as runner-up.
GOAL said that Manchester United are now interested in the midfielder and are preparing to offer £17 million. Palmeiras have no intention of letting Rios go this summer and there have been no formal transfer talks yet.
