According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has started talks with another Saudi Arabian club, Al-Ittihad, after his move to Al-Nassr fell through.
It is understood that Ederson is very eager to leave Manchester City for the Saudi Pro League this summer. He had previously reached a personal agreement with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr, but the transfer ultimately failed to materialize, with Al-Nassr subsequently signing fellow Brazilian goalkeeper Bento.
Now, another Saudi Pro League club, Al-Ittihad, is in contact with Ederson. The team currently boasts the likes of Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kanté.
It is reported that Manchester City’s asking price for Ederson is between €50m and €60m, a figure that will not be easy to reach, but Al-Ittihad will try their best to sign him.
