Sky Sports reports that Inter Miami midfielder Diego Gomez has attracted interest from Brighton and the two sides are already in talks.
The 21-year-old Gomez is the captain of the Paraguay U23 team and has made 12 appearances for Miami this season, scoring 3 goals and providing 3 assists. Sky Sports claims that the transfer is basically a done deal, with both sides only negotiating the transfer fee, which is around €12 million.
Gomez previously said in an interview: “My agent is in talks with Inter Miami and Brighton, I hope to move to Europe and hope to get my wish.”
