Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth has revealed that 31-year-old Germany international Niclas Füllkrug has become a potential forward target for West Ham United.
Following Villa’s rejection of a €32 million offer for Colombian striker Jhon Durán, West Ham are now seriously considering other forward targets. While West Ham remain interested in Durán, a significant gap remains between the two clubs’ valuations of the player at this time.
Füllkrug, West Ham’s new target, has two years remaining on his contract with Dortmund and has been linked with Atlético Madrid previously. His transfer fee is said to be around €30 million. For West Ham, Villarreal striker Álex Baena is also on their list of potential signings.
