On July 29, Tottenham Hotspur announced that David Pritchard has resigned from his role as club scout.
Official announcement:
Pritchard first worked with us in May 1986 when he was appointed manager of the team. In his first season, he led us to third place in the Football League and to the FA Cup final. He left the club in October 1987.
He returned in January 1998 as the club’s first Football Director, and during his time at the club, he took over as interim manager three times, in September 1998, March 2001, and September 2003.
He ended his tenure as Football Director in May 2004, returning again in 2010 as part of the club’s scouting department.
