On August 2nd, Manchester City officially announced the signing of Japanese international Ao Fujino.
The Sky Blues have signed the 20-year-old Japanese forward on a three-year contract, where she will wear the number 20 shirt.
Fujino is the youngest goalscorer in the history of the Japanese women’s national team. Last season, she made 15 appearances (13 starts) for NTV Beleza, scoring 9 goals and providing 5 assists.
