August 10th – Italian journalist Rudy Galetti reported that former Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha is close to returning to the Premier League, joining newly-promoted Leicester City on loan.
The journalist claims that Leicester City are close to finalising the transfer of Zaha. All details have been agreed between the two clubs and the player will return to the Premier League on loan.
Zaha has previously played for Premier League clubs such as Crystal Palace and Manchester United. The 31-year-old Ivorian joined Turkish giants Galatasaray on a free transfer in the summer of 2023, where he made 42 appearances in all competitions, starting 20 times, scoring 10 goals and providing 4 assists. He is currently valued at €11 million by Transfermarkt.
