Winning trophies only does you good, it gives you confidence to go on and win more. I think the whole process of coming back to United and winning trophies with the team has been incredible.”
On the goals for the new season, Evans said: “We have to look ahead, we’ve had meetings. You know what trophies are there for us to fight for this year? We’re obviously in the Europa League as well, we’ll go all out to win that. We’re back in cup competitions and the league as well, so there’s a lot of opportunities and we will go for every one of them.”
