According to The Mail, Manchester United have reignited their interest in Frenkie de Jong and have made an initial bid of €50m, but it has been rejected by Barcelona.

In the summer transfer window of 2022, Manchester United had reached an agreement with Barcelona, willing to pay €60m in fixed transfer fee for de Jong, plus substantial add-ons. However, the deal ultimately fell through due to de Jong’s unwillingness to move.
