The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) has officially announced that Chelsea player Palmer has won the Young Player of the Year award for the 2023/24 season. This is the first time he has received this honor.
Despite Chelsea’s lackluster performance last season, the 22-year-old scored 22 goals and provided 11 assists in the Premier League, with only Haaland scoring more goals than the England international.
His outstanding performance also saw Palmer included in the squad for this year’s European Championship, where he helped England reach the final.
