According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, newly promoted Premier League side Ipswich are set to sign Chelsea winger, Hutchinson, on a permanent deal. Negotiations are already underway between the two clubs.
Last season, the 20-year-old Hutchinson joined Ipswich on loan and went on to make 44 appearances in the Championship, scoring 10 goals and providing 5 assists.
Now with their promotion to the Premier League, Ipswich are keen to keep hold of the promising attacker and are in talks with Chelsea over a permanent move. Discussions are also ongoing with the player and his representatives.
