In a recent interview with The Times, Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of Ineos, which owns Nice and is trying to buy Manchester United, said that Erik ten Hag is a good man but perhaps taking on too much at Manchester United.
Ratcliffe said: “We’ve got a great staff already and we’ve brought in some fresh blood. You can’t be an ostrich and put your head in the sand, you’ve got to face reality.”
“Manchester United needs a reboot and that’s what we’ve been doing. Ten Hag is a good man and is giving his all at Manchester United, but maybe he’s trying to do too much. It’s like he’s trying to fix both the team and the leaks in the roof at Old Trafford.”
