August 16 – According to Spanish media outlet Relevo, West Ham are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Carlos Soler. The 27-year-old Spanish midfielder has struggled for playing time in Paris and has been forced to consider a move away from the club.
It is reported that PSG are willing to let him go for €20 million.
