British Media: Saudi Arabia Plans to Offer Salah a Visa-Free Transfer and a Contract with a Salary of Up to 0 Million per Year

August 24 – According to the latest reports from British transfer media Team Talk, Saudi Arabia has not given up on its pursuit of Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah. The Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to submit a 2+1 contract in the winter transfer window and sign the Egyptian forward on a free transfer next summer. Saudi Arabia is offering a salary of up to $150 million per year, equaling that of Neymar at Al-Hilal.

It is understood that Saudi Arabia had previously offered Liverpool £150 million for Salah last year, but the transfer did not materialize. This summer, Salah confirmed his stay at Liverpool and contributed a goal and an assist to help the team secure a winning start in the Premier League.

The media outlet claims that Saudi Arabia has not given up on its pursuit of Salah, and PIF is now exploring the possibility of reaching a pre-contract agreement with him between January and February. If an agreement is reached, Salah will join one of the biggest clubs in the Saudi Pro League after his contract with Liverpool expires.

PIF is preparing a massive contract, lasting for two years with an option for a one-year extension. Salah will receive a huge salary, equivalent to Neymar’s current earnings at Al-Hilal.

PIF-owned Al-Ittihad is particularly interested in signing the Egyptian forward, while Salah also has the power to choose between joining Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, and Al-Ahli.
