Chelsea are reportedly still looking for a more experienced striker, despite almost sealing a deal for 18-year-old Barcelona starlet Marc Guiu.
The Blues have been linked with the likes of Osimhen, Sese, and Girassi, but they have struggled to get a deal done for their key targets so far. Isaac was the latest name to be added to the list, with Chelsea in talks with Newcastle about the Swedish international. Isaac is undoubtedly one of the best strikers in the Premier League and has the potential to be a game-changer for Chelsea.
However, transfer guru Romano revealed that Newcastle’s asking price for Isaac is “too high”. He claimed Eddie Howe would only let Isaac leave if he received a “crazy offer”, with rumors suggesting the figure could be as high as £115 million.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Chelsea have turned their attention to Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz after it became clear that a deal for Isaac was unlikely. In addition to Chelsea, Tottenham have also shown interest in the Fulham star.
